JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Role of Academy Administration, includes the following, but not limited to tasks listed below. All tasks below can be trained on the job and supported by current Academy Office staff and Head of Academy.

 

Task Orientated by day:

Order Intake report to Head of Academy – SAP and Excel
New Machine installation Bi for North American region - KROBI HTML

Bi report Create Department Training Chronogram plans for Customer 

Excel Review and report expiring Backlog deferred revenue list 

Sales Force Dispatch Table forwarded planning and confirmations 
Trainer forecast for proactive planning 

Central America, South America and Carrebean Spanish speaking customer training projects and training requests

 

Weekly Task: 

5S Champion for office and showroom – MS word   

Concur Reporting 

Sales Force Time Sheets

KRONOS Time keeping 

Revenue List alignemnt with FICO
MS Forms Trainer feedback reporting – Excel and MS forms Quality control First time right reporting – Excel  

Training Room Readyness Pre-Post training 

Training Center Beverage and Snack inventory 

 

Monthly Tasks:

Create 5S reporting measure for display board 
Schedule department monthly meeting preparation supported by Head of Academy MS forms – assessment reporting 

Monthly Trainer Utilization report

Monthly Revenue report 

Monthly Training center machine and room utilization

 

Quarterly: 

Training Center activity customer vs Service ratio

Train the Trainer planning with Head of Academy 

Trainer Yearly ex-ternal Certification planning 

Capex review on tack with Academy Supervisor 

 

 

Requirements:

MS Outlook 
MS excel – Basic level and calculations
MS Word 
MS Forms 

MS Power Point
Customer Service  

Willingness to learn new softwares (SAP/Sharepoint/One drive)

Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

High School Diploma or GED required.

Assoicaites degree or 2 years relative job experience preferred.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to multi-task, be customer service focused, have a team player mindset and the ability to meet the necessary requirements of the role in effort to be an indispensable assistant for the training academy.
