JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Provide support for special projects and downloads within the department using ERP system.
 Perform weekly and monthly KPI reporting for department and distribution.
 Liaison between material planners and routing department in make/buy process.
 Reviewing, uploading, editing Material Management IMS documents (work instructions, policies, procedures).
 Review and act on order exception reports generated by the SAP system.
 Run daily macros within excel dashboard to generate material planner and routing reports.
 In charge of creating, reviewing and distributing daily purchasing reports.
 Determining the required materials and generating purchase requisitions for external procurement.
 Creating and distributing monthly material planner inventory reports.
 Creating and distributing daily production planner shop load reports.
 Update weekly report of critical electrical components to determine if any materials can be released to open sales order demand.
 Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of Kanban and bulk materials necessary for production and customer demand.
 Update monthly business plan with current KPI data.
 Work alongside a team of other Material Planners to help achieve company goals of increasing on-time delivery, reduction throughput time, material availability.
 Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer ability is required, including preferred experience with SAP ERP software, MS Office 360 applications, and Windows 10/11.
• High School Degree and/or Associates Degree preferred.
• Qualified candidates will have two years of practical work experience in supply chain environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired.
