KRONES is a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment for the: Beer, Non-alcoholic Beverage, Milk, Wine and Healthcare industries.  We continually rejuvenate our technology to create a never-failing abundance of new and innovative solutions for our customers.

We are currently looking for candidates who want to make a difference and who wish to be part of our dynamic organization in the US.

Start Date: July 22, 2024; college courses begin in August 2024.

Krones offers Apprenticeship programs in 2 different fields, (AMT) Advanced Manufacturing Technician and (MT) Mechatronics Technician. AMT is going to be more mechanically focused in regard to technical classes and apprenticeship exams and MT will focus more on electrical, automation, and programing. However, in both programs apprentices will have the same hands-on experience at Krones in regards to machining, working in the production facility, and experiencing Field Service during years 2 and 3.

Both of programs are structured the same way for the 3-year apprenticeship. During the school year, apprentices attend WCTC for technical courses 1 to 3 days a week, and the rest of the week would be onsite at Krones split between working on machining projects in our apprentice lab and working in our production facility. During the summer of years 2 and 3, apprentices travel with service technicians to work onsite at our customers facilities. The best part about our program is after completion of the 3 years, apprentices can choose which career they would like to pursue in either production or service.

Apprentices get paid hourly while onsite and paid a stipend per class while at school. Krones covers all school costs (including books and tuition) and supplies each apprentice with work apparel. Other benefits include work boot and prescription safety glasses reimbursement and 401k eligibility after the 1st year. Our apprentices finish the program with a degree from WCTC, a State of Wisconsin Journeyman certification, and an international certification recognized in over 180 countries.
