JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for someone who can float between Mazak Quick Turns and Integrex Machines in our Lathe Department. This individual will perform a series of complex machine operations, including set-up and programming to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements. This will involve reading and editing G&M code and performing first piece and in-process quality inspections. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma. Advanced education or apprenticeship preferred.
  • 5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe setup and programming experience required. 
  • Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge preferred.
  • Experience running different grades of material and performing multiple set-ups per day required.
  • Willingness to be flexible and run more than one machine is required.
  • Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls.
  • Knowledge of Mazak Quick Turns and Integrex machines is preferred.
