 JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate training programs for Customers and Internal employees at customer locations or KRONES Academy NA
  • Present KRONES AG Certified Training Classes for Customers and internal employees in the KRONES region that include, North America, Canada, Central America, Carribean, Guyana and Suriname 
  • Perform in-field and in-house visual audits of retention from participants and make suggestions to the Manager to improve quality of training outcome
  • Working under the direction of the Head of Academy NA, you will be responsible for creating training plans for Customers and internal employees 
  • Perform in-field audits of Customers and internal employees to determine and ensure proper upskilling
  • Will be responsible for creating documentation to include OPL’s, GOP and MOP with Microsoft Word and Power Point
  • This position is a combination of challenging projects and personal development with the KRONES Academy North America
  • Worldwide Technical Support Coaching and technical training provided

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • KRONES Service Level 2-3 (Audited)
  • KRONES Field Service consecutive 3-5 years’ experience
  • Qualification in EL (Electical Automation) machines, Trainings & E-Learnings
  • Has performed New Installations, Retrofits, Overhaul and complex troubleshooting
  • Social Competences, Team player, Leadership characteristics, Responsible, Capacity for De-Escalation, Empathy, Open mindset, and Reliability
  • Ability to travel throughout North America for Reverse-Shadow and Audit opportunities
  • Ability to travel worldwide to present classroom training in KRONES Subsidiaries
  • Language competences, proficient in English, with Spanish or German a plus
  • Intercultural competences, Open mindset towards other cultures, Knowledge of various cultural standards, and Sensitivity towards all scenarios
  • Relocation to Franklin, WI Area

Education: Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering and five years of experience in the alternative occupation of Service Engineer/Technician.
