Job Summary:
- Supply of high quality, timely and cost-effective Service Turnkey Projects and Site Management within the region.
- Expansion of know-how, skills and value-added project execution in and by the region with developing the project management and site management teams.
- Provision and control of qualified and competitive installation/construction resources and service structures/processes in the region.
- Support of escalation for team members and stake holders.
- Controlling of Service Turnkey Project Management quality, including cost competitiveness.
- Close collaboration with other departments (internationally), including sales and machine business lines.
- Evaluation and distribution of turnkey projects within project management.
Skills and Experience:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of Service Turnkey/Project Management staff
- Decision making competence within defined function
- Customer satisfaction: Customer feedback form, timely technical issue resolution, support of escalation within the home offices
- Claim costs
- Employee commitment and satisfaction
- DC01 service cost competitiveness, including contractors
- Competitive and timely DC01 Service quotes for Turnkey projects
- Understanding of KRONES global structure and processes with DC01 network
- Knowledge of the KRONES product and asset portfolio, field service experience as well as business knowledge desirable
- Knowledge and experience in the process of customer orders
- Structured project and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work interdisciplinary
- Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP are an advantage
- Good command of the English language, further knowledge of foreign languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel (internationally)
- 4-year college degree required, with preference for further certifications or education
