JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This position’s main responsibility will be quoting the following: electrical retrofits, equipment upgrades of various types, safety systems, solutions for obsolete parts, and other quote-related processes. The qualified candidate will also provide technical support to internal departments and external customers, which requires questions regarding retrofits / upgrades and equipment capabilities and functions. This position will work closely with project managers and the engineering department to ensure customer requirements are met for both quotes and orders.   

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
•    4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years electrical experience in the manufacturing industry
•    Excellent communication and customer service skills
•    Attention to detail and organization skills
•    Comfortable working in a high-volume work environment 
•    Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
•    Occasional travel (up to 5% of the year) 
•    Packaging industry experience preferred
•    SAP experience is a bonus
