JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-         Processing and filling equipment validation protocol creation

-          Execution of microbiological validation of filling and processing equipment at customer site worldwide

-          Consulting service to customers in microbiology, HACCP and hygiene management

-          Support of re-commissioning works after machine overhaul and/or retrofit

-          Parametrization of machine settings prior validation

-          Equipment relevant microbiology training to customers

-         Open to 100% Travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-          Successful qualified bachelor or master’s degree with focus on food science/ technology/ engineering/ chemistry/ microbiology

-          Alternatively: Technical background with focus on Brewing / Beverage / Milk

-          Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Beverage and/or Milk microbiology

-          Independent and focus oriented

-          Fast learning ability and focus on essentials

-          Flexibility and worldwide travel willingness

-          Interpersonal and team skills

-          Experience with FDA regulated markets
