Lead all aspects of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) audit life cycle for NA region; implement home office’s (Germany) cyber security and data protection policies for NA region; support home office’s ISMS life cycle; build and maintain local relationships within different geographic locations (worldwide – 67 subsidiaries worldwide); work with stakeholders to produce ISMS status reports regularly; work with stakeholders to document corrective actions, track remediation and reports; work closely with local area contacts to identify information security control processes and associated ownership; understand and be able to implement all aspects of the ISO 27001:2022 standard; create and maintain ISMS documentation specific to each implementation; and, work with local area contacts and management for risk treatment and acceptance; lead all aspects of data protection regulations in NA region related to EUGDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), NIST Cyber Security (National Institute of Standards and Technology); Assess business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation; determine how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes; evaluate IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements; customize existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform; configure SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces; collaborate with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues; provide SAP end-user training and support; and, document SAP processes and prepare progress reports; stay informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings.  This position is based in Franklin, Wisconsin.

 

Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering and 1 year of experience as an Information Security analysis in food and beverage packaging industry.  In addition, the following specific skills are required: 

 

  • 1 years of experience with ISO 27001;
  • 1 years of experience scoping, conducting and analyzing audits based on controls frameworks pursuant to ISO 27001 standards;
  • 1 years of experience with ISO 27001 implementations and organizational roll out;
  • 1 years of experience conducting on-site audits for risk treatment and corrective action plans pursuant to ISO 27001 standards, as well as managing lifecycle aspects;
  • 1 year of experience with maintaining business processes and procedures pursuant GDPR;
  • Fluent in German.
