JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will build and manage the relationship between a Key Account and Krones Inc, with clear focus on high customer satisfaction and success for both the Key Account and Krones. This position will also be responsible for handling LCS (Life Cycle Services) Responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, review of customer supplied information/samples in the creation of quotations and the completion of orders for wear and change parts items; direct communication, written and verbal, with customers and company management pertaining to issue definition, resolution and volume aspects; managing daily work/order flow and expediting of information/orders relative to customer demand. The position will be actively involved in selling maintenance agreements and spare and change parts programs. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

A college degree, or extensive relative industry experience, is required. Must have strong knowledge of Krones product line which include, filling machines, labelers, packers, blow molders, conveyors, etc. Looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, intelligent, and can build strong lasting relationships with our customers. Engineering or technical experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills who can work consistently in a fast-paced environment. 

 

This is a Sales position that requires up to 95% travel. The individual in this position must reside within the United States.
