Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Materials Management Team here at KRONES.

The Overhaul Coordinator position will manage all material procurement for Overhaul & Stock Keeping Package sales orders and ensure complete and on time delivery.  This position is the centralized point of contact between Spare Parts Solutions, Warehouse, and Logistics, Procurement & Production Planning. 

The Overhaul Coordinator will have to review and resolve late demands and expedite these to meet customer schedule. Also, parts which will not make the delivery date have to be communicated back Spare Parts Solutions. Meetings are to be held to update the internal supply chain on progress and constraints for Overhaul & Stock Keeping Package sales orders.

The Overhaul Coordinator will also be responsible to make sure orders are picked on time and staying on top of parts which did not make the initial requested customer date.

And making sure we can maintain at least a 70% OTIF.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:  ownership of Overhaul Sales Orders after order entry thru shipment, identify opportunities for action
  • Results Oriented: comfortable setting and delivering against targets
  • Multi-tasking: ability to work on multiple priorities and projects at one time and meet deadlines

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • 2+ years in major business experience
  • Manufacturing experience helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with conducting meetings
  • Working independently / Self-starter.
  • Ability to work in fast pace / changing environment.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
  • Proficiency / Experience in SAP and MS office 

 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Min of 3 years of practical work experience as a Material Planner / Scheduler in an engineer / make-to- order environment
  • Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations a plus
  • APICS certification a plus
  • Working in a large organization / international experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • 2 + years of practical work experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Project management experience
