JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the quality, execution, and continuous improvement of service overhaul products. This role ensures adherence to standards, supports field teams, and enhances customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the quality of overhaul products and field execution by inspecting work at customer sites, providing actionable feedback, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Develop, track, and maintain quality KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the execution of service department overhauls, ensuring all work complies with established policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor workflow efficiency, recommend process improvements, and optimize staffing and material usage based on workload.
• Maintain job site toolboxes and manage departmental resources, including tools, equipment, and materials, to ensure availability and cost-effective use.
• Mentor, supervise, and support technicians and site leads by enhancing technical knowledge, assisting in diagnosing equipment issues, and strengthening overall performance.
• Monitor employee performance, recommend and support training, and encourage professional development aligned with individual and organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement, leading by example in compliance with company standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (service, sales, logistics, project management) and communicate effectively with internal and international stakeholders to improve products and customer outcomes.
• Ensure timely, accurate communication of department and company information while promoting open feedback across teams.
• Support budget planning, ensure cost-effective operations, and promote responsible use of company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety and environmental policies.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience and/or Training: Requires 50-75% Travel
• Minimum 4 years of experience working on Krones equipment
• At least 2 years of experience performing overhauls on Krones equipment at customer sites
• Demonstrated leadership experience with progressive responsibility
• Must be able to reliably commute to Krones Inc. in Franklin, WI when not on the road

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree or bachelor’s Degree in related field. Experience and/or Training:
• Experience and/or Training: Requires 50-75% Travel
• Minimum 4 years of experience working on Krones equipment
• At least 2 years of experience performing overhauls on Krones equipment at customer sites
• Demonstrated leadership experience with progressive responsibility
• Must be able to reliably commute to Krones Inc. in Franklin, WI when not on the road
