Quality Engineering Intern

The intern is responsible for executing assigned quality projects and tasks as described below:
- Check all gauge data and audit all physical gauge locations to ensure accuracy to calibration certs, location, type and identity in Indysoft.
- Collect data, perform data analysis, and assist in generating metrics/formal reports specific to Krones quality goals.
- Create and update SharePoint quality policies, procedures, supporting documents and work instructions.
- Work closely with quality and process engineers on ISO 9001 compliance tasks, parts protection data collection, Gemba walks, product audits etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Experience and/or Training:
- Quality/Statistics/Data Analytics projects/classes to demonstrate knowledge of subject matter.
Professional Skills:
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and communication skills, excellent visual presentation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS Office Suite.
