ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead and coordinate reclamations and Return Material Authorizations (RMA) with Quality personnel and provide support to other departments such as Spare Parts, Engineering, Logistics and Service.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental meetings with multiple departments in regards to all customer returns and complaints.
  • Evaluate customer reclamations in collaboration with LCS, service, engineering and quality personnel for root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions. 
  • Generate and report statistical analysis used in evaluation and decision-making.
  • Track and ensure timely receipt of all Return Material Authorizations (RMA) as well as reclamations. Serve as returns coordinator back-up.
  • Assist in inspection of machined parts using hard gauging equipment/tools. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: Associates degree or 3 – 5 years relevant experience for the position.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) 
  • Proficient in SAP, Global Wizard, Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Some knowledge of manufacturing applications, procedures, and quality assurance.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of Power Apps tools such as Power BI.
  • Forklift/Lifting Equipment Experience.

 

PHYSICAL/WORKING DEMANDS:

  • Good working conditions in a manufacturing plant environment. Personal Protective Equipment required within shop floor.
  • Lifting limited <= 35 lbs.
