JOB SUMMARY:
The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and marketing Krones, Inc. The recruiter will support the other members on the team to contribute to the talent strategy and execution of departmental objectives. This position is responsible for recruitment initiatives from the beginning to the end of the recruitment cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the hiring and onboarding process which includes preparing job descriptions, posting, obtaining management approvals for positions, conducting background/reference checks, processing drug screen/physicals and preparing and creating offer letters.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting which includes partnering with managers to build job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting pre-screen and initial interviews, organizing interview schedules, travel, and coaching hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) by creating open positions and maintain job descriptions.
- Confer with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skill.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities.
- Update the HR leadership teams on new and changing recruitment and sourcing technologies and methods.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through exceptional customer service and follow-through at every step. Ensure that legal compliance guidelines are strictly followed.
- Meet hiring targets through productive and cost effective efforts that include: social media, job boards, direct sourcing, employee referral bonus program, digital marketing, participation in job fairs while bringing creative sourcing strategies to the table.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Forward thinker and problem solver.
- Comfortable with performance metrics to analyze and interpret recruiting data to drive improvements in the hiring process.
- Ability to clearly explain job requirements, expectations, and company policies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; major in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- Experience and/or Training: Two plus years of proven recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Work Location: Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work in Franklin, WI) after training
