JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Development Representative will provide support to the LCS sales team. This position will be interfacing with both internal and external customers to help ensure good communication and overall buying experience for the customer(s). This individual must be detail oriented, service-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communications skills, and be proficient in using CRM and SAP platforms.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactive follow up with customers on LCS orders and quotations in a magnitude of $1,000 to +/- $40,000 including the digitalization portfolio (consists of subscriptions, long-term service level agreements, IT solutions, and digitalization product line).
  • Assist sales team with entering data on quotes into Salesforce/CRM system.
  • Analyze data from Salesforce/CRM and build KPI dashboards to measure performance and create sales forecasts.
  • Input data into SAP and CRM.
  • Work closely with LCS Internal and Field Sales through full process of quotation, and communicate anticipated changes if needed.
  • Assist sales managers and management as needed.
  • Manage quotations and past due quotations.
  • Assist with receipt and input of customer objects and samples.
  • Handle POs (check terms and conditions, coordinate with risk management, etc).
  • Assist with order clarification and hand off to Operations (St 10 to St 20).
  • Ensure customer specific requests are considered in terms of invoicing, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in business administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the packaging industry (product specific).
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and digitalization solutions.
  • Proven negotiating skills, conflict resolution abilities, accountability, and the ability to work well cross-functionally. 
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
