We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst at our Krones, Inc. North American Headquarters. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to the office, as relocation assistance is not provided. After the initial training and onboarding, this role offers a hybrid work schedule: three days in the office and two days working from your U.S. home office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.  All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assessing business needs via business process analysis, data validation, collaboration, and observation.
  • Determining how to integrate software programs to enhance targeted business processes.
  • Evaluating programs, processes, and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.
  • Configuring solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborating with the team and other departments to offer technical/reporting solutions, end-user training and support.
  • Documenting processes and preparing progress reports.
  • Performing detailed analysis to establish cost/benefit and project justification within an integrated business system environment.
  • Audit completed projects for compliance with originally stated project objectives. Make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and presentation that fits the defined scope for faster report generation and easily accessible information.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BS in Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics discipline

Experience and/or Training:

  • Must have at least two years’ experience working within an Integrated Business Systems environment.
  • Required two years application development experience preferably in a manufacturing company environment with increasing knowledge of the principles of Enterprise Resource Planning.
  • Must be a team worker with a service-oriented attitude and willingness to treat all end users as customers.
  • Must be goal oriented with ability to stay focused on objectives and be assertive in direction and maintaining target dates.

Professional Skills: MS PowerBI, MS Excel, Python, C# or other programming language, SQL, SAP Applications, Data Analysis, Process and structural knowledge

Soft Skills: General social skills, Capacity for teamwork, Customer orientation, Learning aptitude, Problem-solving competence, Leadership skills, General project management, Change management, Time and self-management, Coordination and organizational skills, Communication skills

 

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $75,000.
